DATE FROM JERUSALEM Hi
Im back from Israel
and wanted to let the people on the board know
about my trip and any new information about Dr.
Shemesh and his treatment. First I would like to
tell you that Contrary to Dr. Naglars
report I did not have a relapse as reported by
him on his return from Jerusalem post. I was in
Jerusalem for a number of reasons one of which
was a follow up visit with Dr. Shemesh. Another
was to help the eight Americans and three others
from various countries that were there for
treatment with Dr. Shemesh find there way around
Jerusalem and Hadassah hospital. We had quite a
group there at the same time and Im sure my
small part helped make their trip easier for them
and it brought us all together fighting the same
battle. Im sure we will all hear from the
ones who visit this board and to
my knowledge all of them are in various stages of
the treatment and I believe each one of them has
seen significant changes in there tinnitus due to
Dr. Shemeshs thorough and dedicated
treatment plan.
I would also like to add to Ron
Harners post of 17/ 3/00 9:31pm
A long post about Dr. Shemesh and an update on my
condition. I also feel the same way he does about
Dr. Shemesh. He is the most dedicated
compassionate and insightful Healer I have ever
met. Anyone who comes in contact with him feels
the same Holly love and respect that Ron talked
about. We have become great friends during the
last year and it is my Pleasure to be around him
and watch him work overtime trying to figure out
your individual treatment plan. Also while in
Jerusalem Dr. Shemesh and I made a forty-five
minute video trying to address the tinnitus
problems and answer some of the most frequently
asked questions about his treatment. You will
have a chance to see and feel for yourself if you
think this is the treatment for you. The video
should be available within the next month and I
will post so on the board. I do
think that anyone who suffers greatly and has
tried everything else or not should think
seriously about contacting Dr. Shemesh by phone
just to see if he thinks he can help you. Find
out for yourself if there is hope. The answer is
Yes and for the many people who are suffering at
that debilitating level knowing there is hope
instead of hearing Learn To Live With IT is a
GREAT RELIEF.
My own tinnitus condition is
strong and constantly changing for the better.
While In Jerusalem I had new blood work done. One
of the things Dr. Shemesh wanted to check was my
vitamin D levels. I also discovered I had
Objective tinnitus in the form of popping and
cracking that could be heard with a stethoscope.
I then met with Dr. Shemesh and Prof. Elidan and
with the aid of a fiber optic camera and a video
screen looked at the inside of my mouth, sinuses,
soft pallet and estuation tube. I could see the
contraction of the soft pallet which was the
source of the popping and cracking. While
deciding what kind of treatment would be
appropriate Dr. Shemesh felt I should go ahead
and start with a low dose of vitamin D while
waiting for the results from the blood test.
Within a few days I noticed the popping and
cracking wasnt so present. After talking it
over we decided to wait another week for further
treatment and see if there was more improvement.
Within ten days the popping and cracking was 75
percent gone. I think this is another good
example of how intuitive Dr. Shemesh is and what
an important part balancing the metabolic system
plays in treating tinnitus. So once again I have
a successful report from having Dr. Shemesh as my
Doctor. I suggest that you visit the three
websites below regularly and stay in touch with
the reports from Israel and Hadassah Hospital to
stay abreast with what continues to be one of the
most successful tinnitus treatment available
anywhere
